Procedure for making a complaint to our Customer Service:

Use polite language and do not spam.
We only accept complaints via text message (we do not accept phone calls).
If you complain about an order transaction that has not been received, please provide the transaction ID and the reason.
Do not share your password with anyone, including Customer Service. Because we don't need that data.
