Terms Of Services

The Terms of Service provided by Tools Panel are governed by the following agreements.


1. General


By registering for and using the Tools Panel service, you automatically agree to all of our terms of service. We reserve the right to change these terms of service without prior notice. You are expected to read all of our terms of service before placing an order.
These Terms and Conditions of Use constitute an electronic record within the meaning of applicable law. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require a physical or digital signature.
Disclaimer: Tools Panel will not be liable for any losses you experience in your business.
Liability: Tools Panel is not responsible for any account suspension or deletion by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or others.


2. Services


Tools Panel can be used for social media promotion and to help increase the visibility or popularity of your account.
Tools Panel does not guarantee that your new followers will interact with you; we only guarantee that you will receive the followers you purchased.
Tools Panel does not guarantee that 100% of our accounts will have profile pictures, bios, and full uploads, although we strive to achieve this for all accounts.
Tools Panel does not provide an estimate or timeframe for when your order will be completed, but we guarantee that all orders will be completed without exception. The estimates in the service description are only estimates.
Tools Panel strives to provide you/the Reseller with what you expect.
Tools Panel does not guarantee that your order will not drop or decrease, as all of our services are subject to drop, and this drop is purely a function of the platform's system. You can use the refill service to get a guaranteed refill if your order drops at any time.
Tools Panel only checks the data from your last order, not the total order amount.
Order processing is generally completed within minutes or hours, depending on the service you choose.
Target data, such as username and URL, that you enter when placing an order is solely for order processing purposes and we will not share it as we respect your privacy.


3. Refunds


We do not accept refund requests of any kind after a successful deposit has been made. There is no way to refund it. You must use your balance to order from the Tools Panel.
Deposits not confirmed within 24 hours will be considered forfeited, as it is very difficult to verify data or transactions. We receive hundreds of deposit entries every day.
We do not accept cancellation/refund requests once an order has been entered into our system. We provide appropriate refunds if the order cannot be completed.
If we receive reports of fraudulent or deceptive activity, we reserve the right to deactivate your account.
If you send duplicate messages to the same target, or if you place a second order before the first is completed, we are not responsible and will not refund your balance if there is a problem with one of your orders. Please be careful and allow time for your order to be processed.
If your order exceeds the maximum limit per target and your order encounters a problem, there will be no refund due to user error (the maximum order per target is stated on the service label).
Orders targeting private accounts or incorrectly targeted customers will not be refunded due to user error. Please ensure you always double-check your order before placing it.
For services with no refills or guarantees, there are no refunds or balance refunds, even if the balance drops within 5 minutes of the order being completed. Order at your own risk!


4. Refills


Services with a ♻️ label in their name or description have a refill button or automatic refill quality.
You are required to use this refill button if your order drops!
If the refill button doesn't work within 3 days, you can manually report a refill through our Support Ticket or WhatsApp.
For services without a ♻️ label or refill button, please report your refill order ID via ticket or contact us.
Orders with partial status cannot be refilled.
Orders can be refilled if the drop falls below the order quantity.
Orders can be refilled if the guarantee or refill period is still valid and has not expired. Orders that fall below the initial order quantity cannot be refilled, as they are likely a drop from the previous order. Therefore, you can increase your target order quantity until it reaches the initial quantity.
