- Pending: The order/deposit is currently waiting on the server.
- Processing: The order is being processed.
- Success: The order has been successfully placed.
- Partial: The order has been processed but canceled.
- Error: The order has been canceled, and you need to try re-ordering.

WHY IS IT PARTIAL?
Limit: For example, if a service has a maximum of 1,000 followers, and you purchase 1,000 followers twice for the same account, a partial order will most likely occur.
This is because the account (follower) capacity on that server is only 1,000.
Therefore, you cannot send 2,000 followers even if you order 1,000 twice.
If this happens, please use a different server (service).
This does not affect different accounts.

Server overload: Overloads usually occur with cheaper services. Because they are cheap, too many orders come in, resulting in overloads and partial orders.
For partial orders, any remaining balance on undelivered services will automatically be returned to your account.

Refill Guarantee ♻️: Refills are refills. If you purchase a refill service and your followers decrease within a few days, you can report your order drop via ticket, including your order ID and refill request. If the service is auto-refill, you don't need to report it to the admin, as the refill process is automatic. However, if you haven't refilled within 24 hours, you can report it to the admin.
